01 — The model

One-off revenue is a treadmill.

You buy every sale twice — once in ad spend, once in the anxiety of doing it again tomorrow. Recurring revenue is what happens when the second purchase is already paid for.

Ballinem works with operators on the shift: offer structure that renews, retention that holds, and reporting honest enough to scale against.

  • Retention first
  • Payback under 30 days
  • Margin you can bank

03 — Who's teaching

Meet Ballinem.

Ballinem @BallinemReff

Operator first, mentor second. Ballinem runs stores built on blackhat MRR/noshipping revenue and teaches the same playbook used to run them — offer structure, making payment processing accounts, Shopify ins and outs, and the reporting that decides when to scale.

04 — The story

€70,000 gone, at 23 years old.

Not a bad ad account. One order that never arrived. Here's the whole thing — the parts that make me look good and the parts that don't.

  1. Ballinem at thirteen, in school uniform.
    13 Where it starts

I grew up lower middle class in the UK.

Not poor. But the answer to most things was “not this month.” I was thirteen, and I already knew the internet didn’t care how old I was.

The money I made then wasn’t clean. I put silent miners on other people’s computers. It paid slowly, and someone else always got their PC burned.

  2. 15 First real money

By fifteen I'd made my first €10,000.

Ewhoring. First real money. Real people on the other end who thought I was a real girl.

Ten grand at fifteen teaches you the wrong thing: that money comes from finding the next trick, not from building something that lasts.

  3. A storage unit stacked with boxes of refunded stock.
    16 The first mentorship

I spent all of it on a mentorship, and built a service to 10,000 members.

Refunding. Three years of work. Ten thousand people signed up — and it paid me like a part-time job.

That’s when I learned the difference between a big number and money you can actually take home. That lesson is what this whole mentorship is built on.

  4. 20 The peak of the old life

€100,000 at twenty — and I still lost it.

The most money I’d ever seen, and the worst people I’d ever been around. Everyone was one bad week from robbing their own partner, because nobody had anything worth protecting.

My partner robbed me. €30,000 gone overnight. I walked away with nothing.

  5. The Instagram profile of the mentorship he bought at twenty-one.
    21 Rock bottom

Then nothing worked, and I stopped getting out of bed.

Everything I knew how to do was gone. I was twenty-one and really believed my best year was behind me.

So I did the one thing I’d never tried. I paid $4,000 for a mentorship in a legal business — organic dropshipping, from BSM Fredo. I’d never run anything legal in my life. I had no idea how it worked.

  6. Month 1 Nothing

I made zero, and I was certain I'd been scammed.

Eight years of making money in days — and now a month in legal business with nothing to show. Everything in me said go back to what I knew.

Instead I stopped jumping between products. I picked one. Learned to film, learned to market, learned to wait. That one decision is why everything below this exists.

  7. Store analytics from the month everything changed.
    Month 3 It works

One video did 5,000,000 views. I made €5,000 in a day.

The first money I'd ever earned that couldn't be taken off me overnight. Nobody could ban it. No partner could steal it. It was mine.

Then it stopped. Organic dropshipping is luck — and I’d just got lucky once.

  8. 23 Paid traffic

So I stopped filming and started buying.

Meta ads. No more silly videos, no more hoping the algorithm liked me. I hit €1,000 profit a day, at twenty-three. For the first time it didn’t depend on going viral.

  9. The order that never arrived.
    23 The €70,000

I sent €70,000 to a supplier and never heard from him again.

My own branding, full production, paid up front. It never shipped. More than half of everything I had, gone to a man I’d never met, in a country I’d never been to.

I survived years of fraud and then got scammed doing it legally. That one nearly finished me.

  10. 24 The rebuild

So I switched to noshipping — and no supplier could ever hold me hostage again.

Noship product stores, run pump-and-dump. Test a product, push it hard while it sells, don't deliver a single order, and when it dies you move to the next store. No stock, no factory, no shipping. No COGS — and nobody who can fail to deliver.

That model only works if the boring half is right. So I spent my whole twenty-fourth year on it: MRR, payment processing, merchant accounts, CRMs, retention, supplement brands, and the marketing that holds it together.

  11. Play with sound
    25 Now

Marbella. A car I wanted since I was a kid. Wherever I want, whenever.

I don't live in the UK anymore. I travel constantly. Life looks nothing like it did at twenty-one, lying in bed convinced it was over.

And the only reason any of it happened is that someone sold me a mentorship when I was broke, doubtful, and one month from going back to the old life.

I'm not going to pretend the early years were clever.

They cost me years, but earned a ton of experience which is helpful in the Noshipping field.

What I teach is the bulletproof version — I tried several payment processors, banks and connections. After trial and error I finally had a full working system. The kind a payment processor will not shut you down and you can still be running noshipping for the next 3 months.

05 — Curriculum

Six moves to NOSHIPPING.

All these steps can be completed fast and you can launch your own Noshipping store the same week

01

Picking a product → Recurring

Turning a bullshit product into subscription people get rebilled for — specific pricing, manipulation — and the five movements that explain every month after: new, expansion, contraction, churned, reactivated.

02

Banks & Cashout

The first thing I tell my mentees to do is buy a specific bank which I can't tell the name of. Through this bank we always successfully cashout our Noshipping earnings with only a 3.6% fee.

03

Payment Processing

I explain how and where to buy verification for the payment processing which I talk about in my mentorship.

04

Shopify Website Setup

I have 2 templates for digital and physical noshipping products. Templates/themes are easy to setup and we use Claude to help us. I share every prompt.

05

Keeping the Store Alive

Getting orders isn't hard, but keeping the store alive IS. Luckily I teach on how to keep it alive and how to delay chargebacks from customers.

06

OPSEC/Security Setup

I show exactly what anti detection software to use, where to buy proxies, which VPN to use, and how to generally stay safe while Noshipping.

Gross IS what you keep

€5,025.37 gross becomes €4,694.71 after €362.16 of discounts and €31.50 of shipping. Screenshot the headline number and you're 7% wrong before cost of goods is even counted.

One day, both sides

12 July 2026. The same 24 hours, seen from the store and from the ad account.

0 ROAS

€1,134.00 revenue ÷ €68.09 ad spend · 12 orders · €5.67 cost per order

ROAS = Return On Ad Spend. Revenue divided by what you paid to get it. 16.65× means every €1 into ads came back as €16.65 in revenue. It's a revenue ratio, not profit — product cost, shipping and fees still come out of it.

Session funnel — 340 sessions

Three days, held steady

10–12 July 2026. Spend went up four-fold and the return held — that's the signal you scale on.

0 ROAS

€3,118.50 revenue ÷ €291.12 ad spend · 33 orders · €8.82 cost per order

Why it dropped from 16.65× and that's fine. Cost per order rose from €5.67 to €8.82 as spend scaled — normal. The question isn't "is ROAS falling", it's "is it still above the number where a customer pays back". Setting that threshold is what the payback module exists for.

Session funnel — 1,181 sessions

  • Sessions0
  • Added to cart0
  • Reached checkout0
  • Completed checkout0

Every framework arrives as a file you can fill in. Copy, run, repeat.

08 — How it works

Be honest with yourself

This isn't for everyone.

You'll do well here if

  • You can put real money behind ads and have computer knowledge.
  • You want a business which will help you in the future.
  • You are okay for doing pump and dump stores which bring passive income.
  • You're willing to be told your mistakes and are willing to listen.

Don't bother if

  • You don't have computer knowledge.
  • You have no budget for ad spend. This is not a no-money-down model.
  • You want a guarantee of a specific number by a specific date. Nobody honest can give you that.
  • You are from India.

Before you ask the price

What can you put behind it?

Pick what you could spend on ads every day for a month.

Ads per day $30
You spend / month $900
You profit / day $90150
You profit / month $2,7004,500

The price isn't listed.

You talk to Ballinem about it directly — what you want, where you are now, and whether this is right for you.

If you don't have at least €1,000 to put into the mentorship, don't message. Free information isn't part of this — let's respect each other's time.

10 — Questions

Straight answers.

Who is Ballinem?

Ballinem is me — @BallinemReff. I run eCommerce stores built on BH MRR and Noshipping, and I mentor a small group of operators privately. You talk to me directly.

Why a bot and not the channel directly?

The bot is the front door. One tap on Start and it hands you the channel link. It also means we can tell an actual person from a bot, so nobody gets chased who never opened the app.

Who is it for?

People who have money to invest and want a source of passive income, and people building their first store who would rather structure it correctly than keep guessing and rebuiding later.

Is it free?

The channel is. Free to join, free to leave. It's where the vouches and information about Ballinem and the mentorship get posted, and where you can find out more before committing to anything.

Do I need a store already?

No. Modules 01–02 cover building the offer from zero. If you already have a store, you'll spend your time in retention, churn and payback instead.

Are those screenshots your results?

They're real dashboards from real STUDENT stores, over the specific dates shown, used to teach how the two sides reconcile. They're proof of Ballinem's method, and a projection of how much you can make as well.

How many people are inside?

29 operators across seven countries — the UK, United States, Italy, Portugal, Estonia, Germany and the Netherlands. It's kept small on purpose so access stays direct.

Why does the channel look new?

Because it is. The previous one was taken down at around 1,200 members and we're rebuilding. The member count reset — the resources, breakdowns and vouches didn't.

How do I start?

Open @BallinemReff_Bot to get into the channel. Read it properly for a week. If it makes sense, message @BallinemReff directly.
